Photo Specs Post PPR at NDVO/VFS

This question is for Indian applicants submitting passports to VFS after PPR.

We followed the directions at https://www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf&ved=0ahUKEwiYzpfwg5HWAhVKO48KHZdbD8gQFggjMAA&usg=AFQjCNHgsmnxLRqISZqFPiDXsWxF-TfKtA to get our photos done - 5cm by 7cm with head size around 3.5 cm.

When we visited VFS they told us they are not per specs. Other candidates who had the head size at around 80% of the photo height were accepted (large head size). Wth?

I am bit confused what the specifications are? Anyone able to tell me what they submitted?

Did the agent specify the reason for not being as per specs? If it is a matter of size, you can reverify at home with a scale and take it with you to VFS and show it to him!

She said it was head size.. Ours was around 3.5 cm, but others was around 80% of 7 cm - that is head size of 5.6 cm!! Anyone who has sent at VFS please let mek know!!

I'm not sure what else you can try, maybe get another set taken and take both to VFS next time, and hope you get another agent.
