Dear Seniors, Is there any photo specification to apply for PR card? If yes, what is it?

Check your visa office specific instruction guide. From your signature, I assume your office is New Delhi. Here is the link

If New Delhi is not your office, check your visa office instruction guide.

Thanx for ur reply. The link u provided is having the photo specification for applying for the FSWC. I m asking for the specification for applying for the PR card after arriving at Canada.

For your first PR card, they will use the photos you sent them with your skilled worker application. When it is time to renew your PR card, you can find the photo instructions here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5445EB.asp

Don't worry about it to much... With the pps u had send 2xPics, remember? It is the same for the PR card.

In any case, most [if not all] POE's have a digicam ready for any such discrepancies, if the IO@POE thinks u need one -s/he'll click one on the spot [for Free] & even return u the balance of printouts.
