I have doubts about the instructions given in Express Entry application under CEC program for uploading digital photo.
Hard copy of the photo taken by photographer has the right dimension such as at least 35 mm x 45 mm frame size and head to chin height of 31 mm to 36 mm. But I am confused with the instructions given to upload a digital copy of it. When I just scan the original photo, its resolution is 96 pixels per inch, image size is 182 pixels x 252 pixels and file size is 15 KB.
However, as per the given instructions, resolution should be at least 600 pixels per inch and dimension should be 420 pixels x 540 pixels and file size should be 240 KB.
When I change the image size of the scanned photo to be 420 pixels x 540 pixels and resolution as 600 pixels per inch, it increases the frame size of the photo to this much extent that height of head to chin is no longer 31-36 mm and increases a lot.
Will this photo with the changed dimension be acceptable?
