Can someone tell what size photos are required

London visa office says size should be 35 x 45 mm
inner face 25 x 30 mm

whereas cic says

size 35 x 45 mm
inner face 31 x 36 mm

i think (i could be wrong), the inner face portion has a range, so that might be the upper and lower bound portion.

you are correct inner face has a limit but

london office says limite is 25 x 30 mm

cic says limit is 31 x 36 mm
