Photo Size, Kids ID

Hi Guys,

I'm about to apply for Citizenship and I have two questions that I hope someone can answer me:
1. photo size. the direct link at CIC website gives 35x45mm and the CIT 0021 photo specification states 53x35mm with white part for signature at the bottom. Which one is correct?
2. For Kids ID, should I get the school record or it's enough to present a copy of the passport and the health card?

I have asked in two different studios.The cic have changed the photo size to 35x45mm.Old size is 53x35mm with a white strip at the bottom. The change was effective on Dec.28,2011
