Photo requiremnt question - Outland

Hi,

In "SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR SPONSORED PERSONS (PRINCIPAL APPLICANT AND ALL FAMILY MEMBERS)" question #5 it says to Supply two (2) recent photos for each of your accompanying family members and yourself. Follow the instructions on photo specifications (http:// www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/apply-photos.asp).

Do I need to send photos for myself (Canadian citizen and Sponsor) and our 2 children (both born in Sweden, have Swedish Passports and have proof of application for proof of Canadian Citizenship Certificate).

We have photos for all 4 of us (taken last week), but just need to know if we included for all 4 of us of just my wife (principal applicant).

Ok cool. Just a little waste of money, but better safe then sorry! Will use my kids photos for Canadian Passport application.

Another quick question, what about copies of passports? For all 4 of us or just my wife?

One of the choices for identifications required from a Sponsor is copy of Canadian passport. If this is what you prefer to send as proof of being a citizen, then a copy of passport for you and your wife.

What about my children? Referring to:

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR SPONSORED PERSONS (PRINCIPAL APPLICANT AND ALL FAMILY MEMBERS)
- Most recently issued passport or travel document for you and all family members (who will accompany you to Canada)

Our children will fly and land in Canada with us. Both have Swedish Passports

It won't hurt to include a copy of their passports as well- just to be sure. I think you already sent or applied proof of their Canadian citizenship.

Yes, we have applied for both children proof of Canadian citizenship certificates and received a letter from the Canadian Embassy in Stockholm stating proof that we have applied. They should receive this mid February, but my wife's PR application needs to be sent out by the end of the week.

Will include photocopies for whole family just to be safe.

You might also want to include a copy of the letter you got from CES about your children's citizenship as part of the App package.

Oh yes, that was the reason I acquired this letter of proof, so it will be included.
