Photo rejected

I completed landing on Feb 16. Waiting for PR card and today recieved email that my wife’s photo did not meet specifications. Anyone else with similar issue? We had our photos taken at the same CVS store and mine apparently are okay (I presume as I recieved no such email) but wife’s rejected! Any suggestions on where to repeat the photos?

Hi,
I had submitted vfs office two copies of my photo with the passport. I received both of them back when I got my visa and the COPR. Was it the same in your case ? Do they return all the photoes we submit.

By the way, May I know how they want you to resubmit the photoes. Do you have to send them by post or email or upload.

They did not return the photos with COPR. I entered through land border and they kept the photos. They want me to send new photos to a PO box in Canada
