Photo missing PA name and DOB

hi guys, the photo requirements has the stamp but not the PA name or DOB, inland spousal sponsorship no dependants, the envelop of the card does have the PA name though

Ps: November application


should i expect a return of application?, the checklist says if not meet specification may cause delay but now i am worried

Possible it might be returned or you may be asked to submit photos again if you did not follow the instructions.
