The first time they declined the front of my photo say it is not complete. So I scanned it with high resolution and re-uploaded.
The second time they declined the both front and back sides of my photos. Although I did even change the back side photo.
The photo was take in a professional store 5x7cm hard copy with the store stamp on the back and my name and birthday. Then I scanned it with my scanner(not taken by camera or smartphone as per instruction).
I have no idea what I have to do now.
Here is a sample of my photo. It looks perfectly fine for me.
Anyone has experienced same situation? How did you solve it?

Dear Client,
We have received your online application for a permanent resident card in the PR Portal. Upon review, we have determined that your application is incomplete or missing information. Please note:
Your photos are missing, do not meet the specifications, the back of your photo was not included, the back of your photo did not include the studio address and date taken, your photos are older than 12 months, background of your photo is too dark, your facial expression is not neutral, your facial area is not centered in the photo, or your photos were damaged/ink on photos.

Please reapply with your complete application in the PR Portal. If your application is incomplete, it will be rejected in the PR Portal and this will delay the processing of your application. Note that upon processing, an officer may request additional information.
