Phone number to contact the Singapore Office

Hi,
I am an international student in Canada. On April 10, 2015, i submit online an application to renew my visa and also a TRV application to invite my wife to visit Canada. I get my visa but my wife application has not been processed yet. When i contact the CIC in Ottawa, i am informed that because my wife is not in Canada, her application is transferred to Singapore, thus i need to contact the Singapore Office.
I cannot find a number to contact the Singapore Office :

I did send a case specific enquiries email to Singapore. Does anyone know which phone number should i call for the Singapore Office ?

It appears that visa applications in Singapore are processed by VFS Global. You could try contacting them using the information on the following link:
http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Singapore/contact_us.html

Not sure you'll have any luck with this, but it's worth a go.
