This is family of four. I got 2 PR cards last week, still waiting for the other 2 Cards. The application for PR Cards for all of us was submitted and processed On Oct 13, 2012. So far there is no rejection letter from CIC regarding PR Card. I am going to give one more week for the rest of cards to come, otherwise I will contact CIC. Is there any phone number available to contact CIC, specifically for PR Card issues? Thanks.

This number did not work. It says "the call cannot be completed, check the number and dial again." Is this number valid only in Canada? Any number for the caller outside of Canada?

No, only valid in Canada. If you have a friend in Canada, you can try a three way calling this number.
