I called cic from outside canada to ask about the documents that i added more than a month ago,after choosing several options i was asked to try again later since all agents are busy,what else can i do and whats the best time to call
I tried calling them again but it seems of no use,they have a new answer machine system where they ask about the profile number and year of birth and after i follow the instructions i end up with a message saying that all agents are busy and that i should try again later,what should i do ?
