Phone call from Embassy

I received a phone call today from the Embassy in Guatemala. They said I need to go to the Canadian Embassy here in Costa Rica to pick up a package. I will go next week, August 23rd.Has anybody have the phone call too ?

I have never heard of Med request being collected from embassy....do you have any information on that?

Yeah may be the courier service won't be available in his city or area.
Or the address might be non-reachable..

Only he himself can clarify our doubts...

No they haven't said anything, and yes we do have regular mail here in Costa rica

No and the lady said that is for the permanent residence application
