hi, I have PR status for over a year. But I do not have property on my name. I am renting apartment. Can I open business on p.o. box, or there is another solution?

I agree. You do not need to own the property to use it as a business address. Be careful however to check your rental agreement. It is fairly rare, but your rental agreement may have some restrictions regarding the use of the property. Also make sure that you have the right insurance. Especially important if you are inviting customers to your home (business address).
You can use your rental address as said by my colleagues to register your own. But if you are to attend to customers, you need to ensure you comply with terms and condition attached to your rental agreement. And of course insurance too.
Thanks
