In the online registration for medical, you need to state RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. I have been living common law for more than one year with my Canadian partner here in Philippines. Is this the address I use or do I use my birth place, parents address? My passport and id has my birth place address since this is where I have lived all my life till meeting my partner.

I believe you should input the same address you have on IMM0008 if that is the same address you have now with your common-law partner.
