Hi, we are considering mailing our application without including an UPFRONT medical and just wait for them to request one. Have few questions about this
1. On the document checklist, do we just leave the box blank for medical examination proof or do we have to include an explanation as to why not doing upfront? If so, what would be a good way to explain??

2. Will not doing upfront cause big delay in processing?

3. When medical is requested, can we email them the receipt or does it have to be mailed to CIC in Canada?

If I may ask, why would you not want to do an upfront medical exam? It will definitely cause delay in processing your application. I personally do not think that an explanation is needed for it will still be asked from you at a later date. Once requested and receipt is available, it can be emailed or you may send a Case Specific Enquiry.
