Doing a destination wedding, how do I register my marriage from out of country? It said on the website canada doesnt need to as long as the marriage is legal there. But how can I update my status then when I come back from the phils? im a dual citizen and he is PR

When you file your taxes, on your return, select "married" instead of "single".

Other than updating your marital status with CRA when you return you don’t need to do anything unless you are receiving other governent benefits.
