I'm applying for PR application under Provential nominee (I got a nomination certificate from ON)
Can I apply for PR even if I'm outside Canada?
In the document which I should upload, a approve that I physically exist in Canada?

So you need to prove residency (legally lived in Ontario for at least one year in the past two years) so you could include rental agreements, utility bills, credit card payments, tax filings. Anything that has your address on it.
