I have completed master of technology in construction management in India,
Am I eligible to do PhD in canada?
Can anyone illustrate the procedure?

Depends on your score in B.Eng., M.Tech and IELTS. Your major in B.Eng. is Civil Eng.? Check Canadian Universities website for details.

Ya, actually it's 5 year course
B.tech and m.tech given as one single degree. 7.2 cgpa out of 10
4 years btech (civil engineering) and 1 year mtech(construction management)

I am a microbiologist with 7 years of work experience of my home country and 1.5 years of US work experience.
