Does anyone know if Pharmacy Technician falls under NAFTA? What about Phlebotomy?

This is an area of study/specialization rather than a profession. Areas of study/specialization aren't on the list - only professions.

I know that it says pharmacist but it doesn't mention the technicians. I was wondering if anyone knew if technicians fall under that as well, even if they technically work under the actual pharmacist.

That line refers specifically to pharmacists. Technicians are a separate occupation. Unless specifically listed - they aren't included.
