Focus on immigrating to Canada first and then getting your license on you have PR and are in Canada. Google - Express Entry and do some research. For licensing google - pharmacist examining board.

You should also be aware that most regions of Canada have a surplus of pharmacists. Once exception may be for Francophones. Salaries posted online are often incorrect.
