PGWPP refused, got wrong person refusal letter

My PGWPP refused twice despite applying through lawyer. In fact they sent me wrong person refusal letter in my CIC account last month. And today I realized. Now how this is going to work in my case? Need your suggestion please.

Thank you but I tried to contact Immigration office several times (as many as 40 to 50 calls) and the computer voice always says that they are experiencing high volume of calls and try again letter. Do you have any other alternatives to get a hold of CIC office. Much appreciated your reply.

Hi can I ask what was your outcome because I got a refusal letter also but it has a total different name on it
