Hii guys, I did a mistake while doing application for PGWP.

is there any refusal for Canada or any other country or territory?? So I said NO. But I have rejection of us visa so I need to change it how can I do that ??
please help me.

You should immediately submit a Letter of Explanation through your IRCC account, admitting the mistake and explaining your previous US visa refusal.
