I want to apply for my pgwp, although I thought I would continue with my studies but as it stands right now I have been unable to raise the school fees for the studies after paying the 2,300 cad for initial application. My question is will I still be given my one year pgwp if I apply as I have been working after receiving my completion letter.

Apply for PGWP. And your study permit has not expired.

As long as you apply for your PGWP you are entitled to work.
