Dear Sir/ Madam. Thank you for your time to respond to my question.

I recently apply pgwp with my study permit on 31 Dec 2020 and at the same time my study permit also expired 31 Dec 2020. When I complete the form online to apply and click validate=> they said that the expire date must be greater than the applying date. Therefore I change my expire date from 31 dec 2020 to 1 Jan 2021 in order to go through the system.

Is that mean that I qualify? Or should I do something else?

Not sure who you are asking. You should be calling IIRC. Also you said in another thread that your PGWP was refused on December 15. Now you say you applied on December 31. Your study permit expired 90 days after you graduated so November. You can’t have a valid study permit as of December 31. So you can’t apply for a PGWP as your study permit is expired. So right now you don’t qualify for a PGWP. You should have extended your study permit which you can’t do now. What is your current status?
