Hi i have applied for PGWP on july 27th, i forgot to attach course completion letter with it. But i have attached official transript. So My question is the course completion letter was necessary or just transcript was fine? My student visa is gonna expire on 28th aug. and I havent heard back anything from cic yet.

Confirmation of graduation letter is a MUST! You can upload additional files. Contact cic immidietly about this. Your current permit runs out aug 28. A rejection after that date is going to put you in the position that you can't reapply to correct your mistake.

You had. Checklist to follow. You should have followed it.

They are currently working on applications from July 1 and have a 41 day processing time. That's not including weekends so that is a two months processing time.
