I have worked part-time on campus while studying, so should I include it in the "Employment" of IMM 5710? I have seen some universities say it is unnecessary to mention on or off campus work, but I'm not sure.
Also for "any other name (e.g. Nickname, maiden name, alias, etc)", should I mention my preferred name used at university?
