Pgwp withdraw and reapply

I forgot about the new ielts rule for pgwp and applied for pgwp in december 2024. I gave my ielts later and plan to withdraw pgwp and reapply again. Is this an issue? Can i withdraw and reapply? Or can i just raise a webform.

Thanks. Do you know if i can continue working after requesting to withdraw and before reapplying??
