PGWP transcript needed?

When applied for PGWP no transcript was asked, only letter of completion of studies. Did they change a procedure?

When applied for PGWP no transcript was asked, only letter of completion of studies. Did they change a procedure?

The online application is misleading it says either/or I think always best to submit both that way they can easily tell if you were part time or not there are some people who have reported being rejected for not submitting one or the other. Send it through webform.
