PGWP to CEC

So CIC just gave me 1year of PGWP. I am currently working as a fulltime admin (NOC B) since July2017 and the PGWP is valid until Aug2018. I've read that I can apply for CEC after my 1st year of working as an admin but with the months I have, is it doable?

To make it faster, can I apply for FSW and ask my employer for a job offer letter or my only option is thru CEC?

??? You would need at least one year of foreign work experience to qualify under FSW, so can't answer this with available info.

RE your current position, the job offer letter has little value. Because you are on a PGWP, it will not count as a "valid job offer."
