My study & work permit expires in Dec 2023. Same for my spouse as well.

Does anyone know how to apply for my work permit extension +Spouse work permit extension together? Is that possible?

Let me give a furthermore brief about my situation, Since I need to focus on my studies, nowadays I am not working. Only my spouse is working at the moment. I was planning to apply for my work permit plus my husband’s work permit extension soon after I finish my studies ( which would be this December 15th).

My concern is If I go ahead, would my spouse's VISA change to Visit VISA? If yes, what would be the best solution to avoid this?
