I was in Canada in Post Graduate Work Permit ( PGWP ) after studying 2 years in a college in Ontario. My PGWP expired due to passport expiry after 6 month in July 2021, but it has credit period until December 2023 ( Attached ).
Unfortunately, I made a wrong application for PGWP extension before expiry in May 2021. But, while I am in the implied period as I was thinking, I called IRCC by phone and shocked by the fact that I applied for wrong application for my PGWP extension ( Although I explained my intension for work permit extension in the explanation letter ) but the application was Visa from outside Canada with different fees ( CAD 100 ). They said over the phone that I am out of status now and I should leave Canada immidiately.

That call happened unfortunately after more than 90 days of expiry. I left the job then and tried to solve the problem by using a lawyer service for work permit restoration application with full explanation about my case ( He sent it by paper cause it doesn't work to send an online application for restoration after 90 days of expiry ). PGWP restoration was sent in January 2022. In March 2022 my extension application which was sent in May 2021 got cancelled ( Cancellation attached in case you want to have a look ).
Finally, on July 2022 my work permit restoration application got refused ( Refusal letter attached). They said in refusal letter that I must leave Canada immidiately cause I don't have a status.
I left Canada in 2 weeks of that refusal letter ( 30 July 2022 ).
Now, I am in my home country after all that sad story and for sure I wish to come back again.

My questions :
- Legally, do I still have the right to apply for the rest credit period on my original PGWP ? ( Should be written beneath the original one that I have the right to take until December 2023 ) ?
- I have not received any departure or deportion letter from IRCC until I left Canada, Does my overstay in Canada trying to fix my situation considered a black point if I apply for any kind of Canadian Visa in the future ?

- Do you have any suggestion for my sad story please that may help me to come back to Canada as soon as possible in case of applying for work Visa not good idea?

Thank you very much in advance for anyone try to help...

You really need to seek the advice of a good lawyer at this point,
