PGWP REFUSED! FURTHER OPTIONS!

Hi there if someone can help me with my doubts then it would be greatly Appreciated!

I have done 1 year study from a Private College in Ontario Applied for PGWP!...I have Applied thru an Agent and the agent informed me that I would Receive the Decision to my email or mail....I have checked my status by the Application No and it said “it’s refused”....I don’t know what to do now and my Agent is not Answering my calls or responding to my emails....can somebody help me what I have to do NEXT???

Unfortunately you are not elligible for PGWP with most private college degrees.

You can decide you want to study some more or you could attempt to find an enployer that will go through the LMIA process with you and you can try to get a closed work permit. That will be quite difficult.

Ok but an 8 month program will only give you an 8 month PGWP, pretty pointless in terms of Canadian work experience. I am only guessing but if the agent is your representative then I would assume any correspondence might be through the agent.

Not really. For some provinces that can be enough to qualify for their PNP. (either Saskatchewan or Manitoba only require 6 months of work experience there so that you can qualify to their PNP, of course with other requirements like language and education, but those do not have to be Canada specific).
