Hello!

I Graduated from Canadian University in May, 2010 and have my Post graduate work permit (PGWP) valid until Mar 2013. I have multiple entry work visa in canada valid until Mar 2013. I returned back to India during July, 2010.

I would like to stay and work in Canada till work pemit/visa expires. Will there be any problem in immigration side. Should I need to show job offer?

Urgent!!! Please help!!!!

Thanks

Hi,

The PGWP is received only ONCE in a person's lifetime...and you will never ever get another chance to stay and work so easily in Canada, like you 've with your PGWP. Assuming you never went back to Canada, and it's already April 2012, seems you 've wasted majority of your 3 years PGWP, with only 11 months left. Why did you leave man? You freaking wasted your PGWP!!! Or maybe getting a PR was never your priority... Do you know how many of us here will pretty much sacrifice a lot for a 3 years PGWP..but since many of us don't 've enough time or money(or both) and so are unable to go for a 2 years course...so as to get a 3 years PGWP.

Anyway, with a multiple-entry PGWP, which is an open/ no restriction work permit, you don't need a job offer, and you can once again re-enter Canada, and start working.

Best of Luck.
