Guys question! After you finished your school can you apply for PGWP right away? Or you still need a company to sponsor you for your PGWP?Thanks!

it is not LMIA....you can apply withing 90 days after your graduation as long as your college or uni is DLI and more than 8 months full time student

Plus was a recognised public college or University and not a private college which would not qualify unless adhering to same conditions as a public college.

For information once you have submitted a PGWP application you are in an implied status pending a decision so you can legally work until that decision has been made positive or negative, of course with the latter you should stop working.

You always write this part to other members but I really don't get it....as I understood from CIC ...as long as it's DLI then PGWP is fine...for example I chose a private college called APLUS Institute in Toronto....actually now I'm worried not to be qualified for PGWP
