Hello, I am an international student in SK who applied for pgwp exactly 30 days ago.

1. I got three emails from cic
The first two say there is update. I know that nothing shows up in my account. However today, I got an email telling me "there have been no updates in your application since you last logged in.

I guess it really means there is no update. Did anybody get this email and know what it truly means??

2. My study permit has been issued with the expiry date 31 Dec 2014 which was just 12 days after my last class is done. I am really worried about rejection on my application. I attached my diploma, letter indicating I was a full time student for 3 years and have graduated and my final transcript.
I think I would be able to get it without a problem. But in just case they refuse my application, what should I do??

Should I apply for study permit, restoration and pgwp again??

I check applying for study permit. But to apply for study permit, I need many document such as(I dont remember the names) enrollment(?), amount of money in my bank account and stuffs to show that I am eligible gor study permit.
Of course, I do not have them because my school is done, which means I cannot show that to CIC.
Study permit applied when my pgwp is refused is different??
Plz share your experience if you have that experience.

CHEERS!!

You're under implied status until a decision has been made.
If your pgwp application was complete and you mailed it in/submitted it before the study permit expired, you're fine.

Wait, did you say you're in SK now? South Korea? If that's the case, different rules may apply...

If you're outside of Canada:

"Graduates cannot apply for a PGWP online if their country of residence is not Canada. However, if they are temporarily abroad and they meet the eligibility requirements for the PGWPP, they should be counselled to apply on paper through an overseas visa office or a visa application centre (VAC). Those foreign nationals who are eligible to apply for a work permit at a port of entry (POE) may also apply for a post-graduation work permit through that channel."

That didn't even cross my mind :)
Then back to my original answer: you're under implied status.
If I were you, I'd give CIC a call just in case. You mentioned something about updates. You'd better double check.
