I'm currently in the final semester of my 1+1 program, which is expected to be completed in the 2nd or 3rd week of April 2025 (April 14 or 15). My student permit is valid until July 2025.
As we all know, for PGWP applications, we need to take the IELTS GT, and the nearest available test venue has slots in May 2025.
My concern is: once my studies are completed on the estimated date (April 14, 2025), and I appear for my IELTS exam in the first week of May 2025, can I work full-time on my student permit from April 15 until I submit my PGWP application? I am planning to submit it in the 2nd or 3rd week of May 2025.
I understand that we must apply within 90 days, but I am unsure if I can work full-time after completing my studies while waiting for my unofficial transcript during this period.
I would appreciate your valuable advice and suggestions.
