PGWP processing TRV expiring

Hey there, I am currently residing in Canada My PGWP is currently processing. I applied on Feb 1st 2020 and my TRV + Study permit expire in June.
I am from India. I plan on going home and returning in a few months.

- Will I be able to return to Canada when my PGWP is still processing and my TRV is expired?

Would love to hear any thoughts on this whether you have been in this situation or not. Thanks.

- Also on a side note how do you think the coronavirus pandemic would effect processing of applications for TRV while I'm back in India. Thanks.

You cant get on a plane to Canada without a valid TRV. And even if you had a TRV there is a travel ban so you cant come back anyway I don't think the exemptions would apply in this case.

You can't return without a valid TRV and study/work permit.

Yes, expect that it will affect the processing. Everything is delayed right now.
