PGWP Permit?

Hi all,
I have completed 2 courses (PGWP Eligible) from 2 different DLI registered colleges. However, I plan to take a third course from a DLI registered college but the course is not PGWP eligible. After this third course completion, when I apply for PGWP, will I still be eligible to get a 3 years work permit? I am aware you can get up to 3 years work permit, but will the third course have any negative impact on this?

This will negatively impact your ability to get a PGWP since you must apply for the PGWP within 180 days of completing a qualifying program.
