PGWP or BOWP?

Question about further steps in regards. My eAPR AOR is April 22, 2020 so far no R10 completed (and who knows when it will be due to current situation)

My PGWP expires in November 2020 but only due to passport validity . I can re-new it to get my time left (until July next year) now that I have a valid passport

I've basically looked all the regulations and cannot find anything lhelpful. So basically as of now I can’t apply for an BOWP but I’m not sure if I’m only allowed to apply for an BOWP now that I submitted my eAPR?

I could wait for my R10 but my PWGP seems safer . Thoughts?

I need to apply NOW because covid has messed up all processing times and clearly applying on paper will definitely make wait forever for the PWGP extension. As far as I understand on paper it will take 4 months but I can’t really let my SIN expire due to work.. I don't really have an option to be "implied"

Unless I flagpole when whenever that's allowed to get my time left?

Thanks guys

You can apply for the PGWP extension if you want.

You wouldn't have to stop working on Implied Status. You can legally continue to work on an expired SIN as long as you have Implied Status allowing you to work.

I understand but I hold a security clearance and that depends on the validity of the SIN. Super complicated... thank you for your answer!
