PGWP/Openwork permit Policy - filling out the form

Hi Everyone,

i know this may sound like an obvious question but please bare with me.
under the new PGWP policy, if your PGWP has expired,
when filling out the imm 5710 form, should i tick "open work permit" in type of work permit applying for section or tick "Post Graduate work permit"
