Pgwp new rules

hi guys ,
Do anyone know about the new rules that if we do 1+1 yr course , we will only get 16 months/2 year pgwp . Can anyone know more about this

Clearer explanation in link below , the key point being to have 2 programs where completion letters indicate they were 2x1 year courses although also note the comment on accelerated studies.
