Need help with document submission for FSW Inland application.
I completed Masters and started working immediately with my employer last year August. My employer filed for an LMIA to extend my PGWP and received it.
I am claiming LMIA points and received invitation a few days ago.
Need help in understanding what needs to be submitted in the following sections: ( I did read the details beside each doc ?)
1. Offer of Employment - The initial offer letter which I signed back in August last year OR Do I need to request for a new Offer letter?
2. Letter of Employment - Reference Letter from employer stating my job role, responsibilities, compensation OR a new letter stating everything including a line that this job will be a permanent one for at least another one year?
3. Employment Records - Reference letter (as above) + All payslips so far since last year Aug ( Anything else to add here?)
4. Proof of upfront medical - I submitted a medical for my study permit in home country, can I resue that or need to do once again?
I kindly request anyone who has been through this to share your inputs.
