PGWP + LMIA Approved (Very Very Urgent) - 50 Points Still Not Added to EE Profile

My scenario is as follows:
1. I am presently on PGWP.
2. Gained one year of work experience in Canada while on PGWP.
3. Submitting the LMIA application under GTS (which I am very much hoping to get approval for) - will help me support my PR application and help me attain 50 points.

I need help in understanding what options I have to choose in the following while filling out the "Intended Occupation section" under "Work History" -

Do you have approved LMIA or not? You don’t get 50 points if not approved yet.

Yes, it was approved under GTS - can you please share the selection I have to make while filling the form.

I guess the response NO to this question is creating an issue .

They have mentioned the Job -Offer should be non-seasonal . And your answer (NO) implies it is Seasonal .

Trying putting Yes and check is the 50 points gets added .
