Hey everyone
I have something little tricky here.
I went to the Boundary Bay border in Delta BC for my PGWP. I studied two year as a full time student and did two different post degree programs (1 yr each). In a fall sem, I chose three courses but due to lack of information with front desk executive at international office of my college, I was dropped in two courses and was left with only 1 course as front desk guy was saying that it is mentioned on the college website that if you need to take those two courses you have to complete a prerequisite course which was not even a part of my curriculum and wasn't required for students who are already degree holder but he didn't agree to me and said no you have to do it.
Before the registration of winter semester started, I went to the business department and explained the same to them and they said I don't need to do the prerequisite course and I was able to register.
Now I finished my program but Border officer said I was part time for that major sem, they can't give me the three years of work permit and issued me only 1 year of work permit.
Please guide me what can be done in order to get three years of work permit

If you were part time for a semester other than your final one, then you don't qualify for a 3 year PGWP. The rules are pretty clearly stated on the website.

But that was the fault of college. I registered for three courses and they dropped me from two courses. I later discussed with the manager and she stated that I was eligible to register.

Regardless of who was at fault, you were part-time and therefore not eligible for a 3 year permit. You could try applying for an extension and explaining the situation to IRCC but they are under no requirement to issue you a 3 year PGWP.

Do you think I should talk to my college and ask them to provide me with the letter clarifying the problem.
