I have afriend who has a work permit and she only have one yr before it expire. Are there any ways to stay here in Canada and work? She can't apply for CEC since she's been self employed since July2013. Also, she worked as a Bookkeeper, which was removed from CEC list.

Find an employer who can support your LMO application. Still, a WP is not guaranteed based on a positive LMO.
