PGWP Interim Work Authorization May 2023 VS 120 day Validity After Application

I applied for the PGWP Extension under the public policy measure this month.

After sending my application, I received a letter that will allow me to work for up to 120 days from the time I submitted the PGWP Extension Application.

Will this override the interim work authorization issued to PGWP holders to keep working until May 31, 2023? Until when can I keep working?

Hello,
I have not received any email from IRCC in August that I am eligible to work till May 31, 2023.
I did receive the email that I might be eligible for Interim Work Authorization.
Please suggest what should I do? Should I contact IRCC or apply for apply for Work permit extension.
