Yes, you need to upload it along with your supporting documents, upload it in the Letter of Explanation section.jay9091 said:Do I have to upload Document Checklist [IMM 5583] form as well with my application?
Hi Jubear,jubear said:Hi Jay9091,
I'm guessing you want to fill out your record of employment for the past 10 years. The first step is for your to fill it out from current to past (for the last 10 years). From one current activity/occupation to the other. Using 2004 or 2005 to date would be perfect.
Assume you've hard a mixture of work and studying. And it doesn't matter whether it was in Canada or outside. Therefore, include what you've been doing both outside Canada before you came and in Canada with your student work permit (WP).
To make it easier for you, fill the employment section bottom to top. This will help you keep track and to avoid gaps. I know there could be a gap prior to getting your WP. In that case indicate student as current activity/occupation and the company should be your college/university.
I hope that helps.
Cheers!
I was saying about being suspicious is that we never mention the no. of hours we work in the form. And I am worried what if i have gone about 20 hours in a week? ( I have tried my best not too but i think i might have in some weeks)...jubear said:Hi Jay9091,
I'm glad you've now provided more information. Do not worry its not complicated at all. Secondly, you have the right to work both on-campus and off-campus as long as its within 20hrs/week. CIC officers understandably know that hours are hard to come by and that one can have two jobs. I have worked two different jobs myself to utilize my assigned 20hrs/week. Here is an example of how you would go about it in your case.

Like I said before, most current to previous ones. No suspicions there. Its honest and laid out. So go ahead and fill in the other blanks and submit your application. Don't forget to pay the extra $100 for the OWP holders, in addition to $155 for the PGWP.
I hope that helps.
Cheer up, its all good!
jubear said:The employment section doesn't ask you for the hours you worked. It simply wants years, position, and employer name. Period!
Its okay to worry, but the more you worry and wait, the more your time (90 days) runs out. And the longer it will take for you to get your PGWP (currently 68 days of processing time).
Also, try to avoid applying after your SP has expired. That will be more trouble.
As usual we are here to help each other to succeed.
Cheers!

My current work permit is off campus as I have just graduated...and i am still working this job?
Did you mean that I just put my current month of job? Like "May"?
