Hi experts,
As many of you are, I am still waiting patiently to receive a communication from CIC requesting medicals or anything concerning my PR application.
My PGWP expires in June 2016 so in exactly 3 months from today :-X
I may and I may not have heard back about my PR application by then so my question is
As a PGWP holder, do i need to have an LMIA to be able to get my BOWP application approved? Or it is not required?
I don't want to be on implied status, but at the same time I don't want to apply now and then get my BOWP refused and have to leave the country so I am seeking advise here if PGWP holders require LMIA to have their permit extended or bridged or no?
Thanking you all in advance
