I have a unique situation.
I was enrolled full-time throughout university , my last semester was FALL2018 , I was a part time student . However mid- way through the semester I had to drop my last and final course . My father died a year prior and I began probate ( judicial process dealing with the estate of a deceased person) with my siblings ( whom i do not have a good relationship with ) ... as a result i struggled financially and mentally. I picked up the course that I dropped in the Winter and ended up graduation MAY 2019.... in a nutshell i was enrolled in school but had to drop the course due to legal matters.
My PGWP was refused stating that I did not “ continuously study full time” . I have a small window to reapply do you think its worth a shot? That was the only semester where something like that happened .I plan to reapply with a letter of explanation along with documents to prove my case such as a letter from my lawyer who is representing me in probate , death certificate and letter for the school showing I was still enrolled in my program and continued to pursue my studies. Again, that was the only semester , every other I was full time student. Do you think that will help ?
